Party Mart

Party Mart is a family-owned party store in Salem that has been open since 1994. It is known for balloons, including helium inflation filled while you wait, balloon bouquets and number balloons, along with Halloween decorations, costumes and masks, and birthday, NFL game day and Day of the Dead supplies.

Shoppers can order online and pick up in store, and in-stock balloons are often available for same-day pickup. You can also bring your own balloons to be filled, including ones bought elsewhere, though balloons with confetti or other objects inside cannot be filled. Gift wrapping is available if you bring your gift in. The store stays open year-round, so it serves customers before and after October.
