Flower Crush

Flower Crush is a cafe and boutique in downtown Salem known for from-scratch soups, panini melts and gluten-free scones, along with coffee, tea and house-made monk fruit syrups. The menu also includes salads, desserts and a daily special of soup and a half panini. Flowers, skincare, art and gift items are sold in the retail boutique.

The cafe serves lunch and dinner along with beer, wine and cold brew. Customers can order for pickup or delivery, and the business takes event bookings for catering, charcuterie, flower centerpieces and onsite space reservations, with at least 30 days' notice requested. The shop is on Court Street Northeast in historic downtown Salem by the riverfront. It is currently going out of business, with the store open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM and everything in the store for sale through October 29.
