Purcell Towing is a locally owned towing and roadside assistance company that has been in business since 1987. Its services include flatbed and wheel-lift towing for all vehicles, jump starts, lockout help with specialty tools, small fuel deliveries of up to 5 gallons, and heavy-duty jump starts for semis, buses and commercial vehicles. It also offers mobile Level II EV charging, which it describes as the only such service in Minnesota.

The company is based in Apple Valley and covers the South Metro, including Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville, Rosemount and Farmington. Calls and texts are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it says it aims to respond within 30 minutes. Payment by card, Apple Pay, Cash App and cash is accepted, but not checks.
