Kody's Home Services

Kody's Home Services is a locally owned HVAC business that handles furnace repair, furnace maintenance, new furnace installation, AC repair, AC tune-ups and new air conditioner installation. Repairs, routine maintenance and full system installs are all part of the work, and the owner handles diagnostics himself.

The owner works directly with customers from the first call through the finished job, and gives straightforward recommendations without pressure or upselling. Free quotes and second opinions are offered. The business is licensed and insured and is based in St. Michael, serving Albertville, Buffalo and nearby communities. Calls and texts are welcome.
