Elevated Integrative Wellness

Elevated Integrative Wellness is a holistic health practice that uses applied kinesiology to look for weak spots and stressors in the body, alongside functional lab testing, nutrition support and therapeutics. Services include IV therapy, peptide therapy guidance, hormone optimization programs and a gut health program, all delivered with a Christ-centered approach. Owner Ellie Anderson is a registered dietitian who came to applied kinesiology after years of skepticism.

Visits can be in person at either location or virtual. New clients start with a complimentary discovery video call, and the team can help match you with a practitioner. The St. Michael location is the main hub, and the Stillwater office is known for a calm, spa-like feel. Retail products are sold in store and online, and the practice also offers red light therapy, an infrared sauna and a salt cave.
