Olthof Homes

Olthof Homes is a family-run home builder that has been building new homes since 1961, when Fritz and Karen Olthof started out. Three generations of the family now work in the business, with the sons and grandson each managing a different part of the building process. The company builds new home communities in Northwest Indiana and Central Indiana, offering a wide range of floor plans, exterior styles and energy-efficient features.

Buyers can start with the sales team, schedule a tour or ask questions through the online assistant Kass. The company also offers a home warranty and can connect buyers with lender partners for mortgage options. Its St. John corporate office is at 8051 Wicker Avenue, with a second corporate office in Carmel.
