Kaleidoscope Dog Training

Kaleidoscope Dog Training offers positive reinforcement dog training with private one-on-one sessions, day training where a trainer takes your dog for a walk or hike with training along the way, and group classes for puppies, adolescents, adults and reactive dogs. Gwendolyn LaPiro leads the training, which takes a holistic view that looks at a dog's environment, nutrition, health, enrichment, exercise and routine, and she has a special focus on reactive dogs.

Private sessions usually happen in your home, and the first visit typically runs one to two hours. Group classes are limited in size, with two trainers in each class, and often meet at public parks so dogs can practice around real-life distractions. Seniors 55 and older and military members receive a 10% discount. The business serves St. Helens, Scappoose, Warren, Columbia City and Rainier, Oregon, and asks prospective clients to reach out by text, call or email.
