Malissa Kelsch is a third-generation real estate agent in St. George who helps buyers and sellers across Southern Utah. Her focus includes luxury homes, custom and new construction, and land purchases, and she has been helping clients buy, build, sell and market homes since 2006. She also works with families on relocating aging parents and on ADUs and casitas for multigenerational living.

Clients can reach her by phone or email during weekday office hours, and weekend meetings are by appointment. Custom builds are handled through Kelsch Construction, which she runs alongside her husband Keith, and she also teaches owner-builders through her How to Build Your Own Home project. Her office is in St. George.
