Richardson Brothers

Richardson Brothers Custom Homes builds custom houses, commercial buildings and residential communities across Southern Utah, and has been doing so since 1993. The company has shown homes at the Parade of Homes for years, and its work has been featured on HGTV's Million Dollar Rooms and MTV's Teen Cribs. Its services cover a project from early budgeting and design coordination through construction management and municipal permitting.

Clients usually start with a vision, and the team coordinates architects, designers and trade contractors to keep budget and schedule on track. Its portfolio includes communities such as Copper Rock, Entrada, Sky View and Hurricane Cliffs. The company is based in St. George and serves towns across the region.
