Precision Implant & Oral Surgery

Precision Implant & Oral Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice founded in 1994 by Dr. Scott Bulloch, DDS, MS, a dual-certified surgeon. The practice focuses on dental implants, full-arch and full mouth replacement, and wisdom teeth removal, and also offers oral pathology care and a set of aesthetic treatments provided by a nurse, including dermal fillers and Botox.

An on-site certified registered nurse anesthetist handles anesthesia, which many patients find reassuring before surgery. Most patients are referred by their regular dentists, and the office returns them to those dentists once treatment is done. The office is at 754 South Main Street in St. George, Utah, and it is open weekdays with Saturday and Sunday visits by appointment only.
