Owners Andres and Lorena Cappeletti, who both grew up cooking, run the kitchen with their three children, and one of the menu's favorites, Emilia's aglio chicken, is named after Andres's mother.

Lunch is served Tuesday through Friday, dinner Tuesday through Friday and Saturday evening, and the restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays. It is located on East Tabernacle in downtown St. George.
