Hive Therapy

Hive Therapy is a large, full-service gym in St. George with a 15,000 square foot workout floor for cardio and strength training. Beyond the free weights, treadmills and squat racks, members can use HydroMassage beds, red light therapy, compression boots, an infrared sauna and massage chairs. Hyperbaric oxygen chambers and blood flow restriction training are also available.

Memberships start at $25 a month with no sign-up, commitment or cancellation fees, and recovery tools depend on membership level. Independent health providers on site offer physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage and nutrition help, with discounts for members. The gym accepts many insurance fitness reimbursement programs, including Silver Sneakers. It is on South River Road off Exit 8 in the Sandstone Village plaza.
