Copper Hop

Copper Hop is a brewery in downtown St. Clair Shores that pours its own craft beer alongside a selection of ciders and wines. The beer list runs from heavy porters to light, refreshing IPAs, and the ciders range from crisp and dry to sweet and fruity. The brewery uses local ingredients and all-natural ingredients in its cider.

The taproom is the main draw, with two heated outdoor patios that welcome dogs. Copper Hop does not have a kitchen, so guests can bring in their own food, many nearby restaurants are within walking distance, and food trucks often park on the premises during the week. Live music and trivia-style nights are held in the taproom, and the brewery hosts private events in its event space. Parking on Greater Mack is limited, so the lot behind the building off 9 Mile Road and Cavalier Drive is the option to use.
