Service Plus

Service Plus is a commercial HVAC contractor that handles installation, maintenance and repair for offices, warehouses, schools, medical offices, churches and retail centers. Its maintenance plans are sized to each building, from economy plans for low-use offices to premium plans for hospitals, schools and sports facilities. The company also designs and installs rooftop units, mini-split systems, chillers and heat pumps, and it takes over existing equipment installed by other companies.

Crews follow OSHA, ASHRAE and EPA refrigerant rules, and installs are built to Illinois codes. Maintenance plan members get emergency service, with 24/7 coverage on the premium tier and next-day priority response on the performance tier. Installs can be phased or scheduled after hours so businesses can keep running. The St. Charles office is at 2901 W Main Street, and the company also lists a base in Aurora.
