King's Mill

King's Mill is a furniture restoration shop with five generations of service behind it. The work covers hand-rubbed finishes, gold leafing and gilding, brass and metal polishing and repair, and upholstery and slipcovering, with custom pillows and table pads also offered. The shop also sells authentic Oriental rugs, and a rug gallery is listed on the website.

Customers often bring in family heirlooms and antique chests or cabinets that need repair or a fresh finish. Free quotes are offered for restoration projects. The shop is at 40W297 Illinois 64 in St. Charles, and the rug collection is displayed upstairs.
