Flower of Life Yoga & Wellness Center

Flower of Life Yoga & Wellness Center offers yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Hatha, SloFlow and Restorative styles, along with Tai Chi and sound bath meditation. The center is housed in an old cottage in St. Charles, Illinois, dating back roughly 100 years and covered in ivy and flowers. Classes are open to all levels, and the healing services are booked by appointment. Upstairs, a renovated apartment is used as a short-term rental called Zen Garden Inn. The studio is also known for its awards, including recognition from the Daily Herald and the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce.
