The Core Pilates Studio

The Core Pilates Studio offers group classes on the Pilates apparatus, including Reformer, Tower, Chair, mat, barre and cardio jump classes for all levels. Private single and duet sessions, Pilates-based physical therapy, and prenatal and postpartum Pilates round out the offerings. Classical instruction and accredited instructor training are run through Studio A and the North Florida Pilates Education Center next door.

Newcomers can start with an introductory package, and private sessions are booked ahead. The studio sits in the Sea Grove Town Center beside the Anastasia Branch Library and the U.S. Post Office. Studio A, a quieter space for one-on-one sessions, is a few doors down, and bookings can be made online.
