St. Augustine Electric Motor Works

St. Augustine Electric Motor Works sells, services and repairs water pumps, electric motors, and generators. The family business has carried the Myers pump line since its early years and is a Liberty Engineered Pump distributor in North East Florida, with a Goulds pump line as well. Its technicians handle repair jobs of any size, and the shop also covers pipe and fittings, lift stations and water treatment.

The business serves residential, municipal, sewer and industrial customers, and many local contractors rely on it day to day. It is family owned and has been operating since 1961, with the family business passed from father to son in 1992. The shop is at 14 Center Street in St. Augustine and is open Monday through Friday during business hours, with weekends closed.
