Relaxation Sensation

Relaxation Sensation is a massage therapy practice run by licensed massage therapist Belinda Ohmer, offering Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic and hot stone massage, along with CranioSacral Therapy and aromatherapy. Sessions run 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and the practice's reviewers often mention the detailed intake conversation and the follow-up advice on stretches and exercises between visits.

Appointments are booked by phone or through the website, and add-ons such as trigger point work are arranged directly with the office. Hours are Wednesday through Friday daytime and Saturday morning, with the office closed Sunday through Tuesday. The practice is in St. Augustine at Ashourian Avenue, and gift cards are available.
