Premiere Pilates Rehabilitation and Fitness is a private physical therapy practice led by physical therapist Nicole Tristram, who combines hands-on PT with Pilates rehabilitation on studio equipment such as the Reformer and Cadillac. Common reasons people come in include recovery after knee or shoulder surgery, chronic hip or back pain, sciatica, sports injuries, foot and ankle pain, and women's health concerns such as pelvic floor and postpartum care.

Every visit is a one-on-one session lasting the full hour, with no group sessions. The practice is cash-pay and provides superbills rather than billing insurance.
