Outback Crab Shack

Outback Crab Shack is a riverfront seafood restaurant in St. Augustine, known for fresh Florida seafood including local shrimp, grouper, snapper, and mahi-mahi. The menu also features an Outback boil, a seafood dish the restaurant is still building a reputation for.

The restaurant reopened under new ownership in 2024 after Hurricanes Matthew and Irma damaged the original location in 2016. It has a large deck with a covered outdoor bar and plans for live music and events. Guests can arrive by car or by boat, since the dock accommodates up to 100 boats on Six Mile Creek, just off the St. Johns River. Gift cards are available.
