Now & Zen Studio

Now & Zen Studio is a yoga studio in St. Augustine offering yoga, Pilates and barre classes for complete beginners as well as more advanced students. The studio describes its space as a 100% eco-friendly facility, designed to be calm and peaceful while still giving students room to build strength and recharge.

Classes run in person, virtually and on demand, and the studio also hosts visiting teachers, speakers and community events such as women's circles and themed workout sessions. A 30-day unlimited class pass has been offered to St. Johns County residents. The studio is at 224 San Marco Avenue in Saint Augustine, and the schedule page lists current classes and events.
