Haven Hospice

Haven Hospice provides end-of-life and advanced illness care, including hospice care, palliative care, advance care planning and dementia care. Its grief support program includes workshops and a camp for children. The stated mission is to honor life by providing comfort, care and compassion to the individuals and families it serves.

Haven also runs Attic Resale Stores in several Florida towns, including Chiefland, Gainesville, Lake City, Orange Park, Palatka and St. Augustine. The stores sell donated housewares, furniture, clothing, electronics, books and more, and sales directly support Haven patients and families. Donations are accepted during set hours, and staff will pick up or deliver large items on request. Volunteers can help with sorting, pricing and selling, and active volunteers receive a 20% discount on purchases.
