First Choice Flooring

First Choice Flooring is a family-owned flooring contractor with more than 25 years of experience, selling and installing hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate and luxury vinyl plank. Hardwood floor installation and ceramic tile work for bathrooms and kitchens are among its core services, along with demolition and disposal of old floors and moisture testing of concrete and wood subfloors.

The company works with designers, contractors and builders as well as homeowners, and it is open to the public at its St Augustine showroom on US Highway 1 North. Free measures and consultations are arranged by email, and the team offers design consultation, delivery of materials and job site walk-throughs. The business says it buys directly from manufacturers and works with local distributors to keep prices competitive.
