Dotson Development

Dotson Development is a licensed general contractor that builds new custom homes, commercial properties, and residential remodels and additions. The company also handles home repairs, window replacement, roofing, and residential elevator shaft installation, which it names as a niche specialty. Its work covers both residential and commercial projects, from warehouses to restaurant build-outs.

The firm has been owned and operated by Denny Dotson in St. John's County for more than 30 years. Projects typically start with an initial discussion, followed by a proposal and timeline after an on-site inspection where needed. The office is at 3125 US 1 South in St. Augustine.
