Cottage Home Company

Cottage Home Company is a custom home builder that works with families on single-family homes, from the first conversation through design and construction. The company describes itself as a small, intimate team that takes on only a selected number of projects each year. Featured projects on its site include homes named San Juan, Hickory Hill, Chandler Bend and Marshall Creek.

The process begins with a conversation about goals, budget and timeline, and the company hand-selects architects and interior designers for each project. Founder and President Bill handles the initial consultation and design phase himself rather than a sales staff. The company is listed at 610 Market Street in St. Augustine, and its website also describes the business as serving Jacksonville, so the service area is worth confirming when you call.
