Brandon Construction

Brandon Construction builds custom homes and commercial properties across Northeast Florida, from oceanfront residences to retail and restaurant interiors. The company offers design-build, general contracting and owner's representative services, and can step in at whatever stage a project already is, whether the plans are finished or still being sketched.

Projects start with a conversation about goals, budget and timeline, and the team coordinates designers, engineers, trade partners and permitting. Clients receive daily updates through an online platform, including job logs and photos for owners who live out of town. The office is in St. Augustine, and the team works throughout the Jacksonville area, the beaches, and St. Johns and Flagler counties.
