Bodyworks by Ash

Bodyworks by Ash is a massage and skincare studio run by Ash, a licensed massage therapist and aesthetician. The studio focuses on myofascial pain treatment through its signature Bodyworks Reset massage, and on dermaviduals corneotherapy facials aimed at dry, oily, sensitive or post-procedure skin. Sessions can include add-ons such as instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, manual lymphatic drainage and dry cupping.

Visits are by appointment only, and the studio is in the Nature Walk Parkway area of St. Johns. Ash says clients get the full booked time hands-on, and first-time clients complete a health intake form before their session. Gift cards never expire and can be bought at the studio or online. Ash also serves Southside Jacksonville, Nocatee, Durbin and St. Augustine.
