TSSF

TSSF Architects is an architecture firm that designs commercial, education, financial, healthcare, senior living, religious, manufacturing and hospitality projects. The firm traces its roots to Daniel W. Toshach, who founded it in 1957, and later merged two long-standing Saginaw firms, Toshach & Sobczak Associates and Spence and Forsythe Architects.

The firm gathers architects and consultants into one coordinated team at the start of each project and holds regular progress meetings with owners and contractors to keep schedules on track. Cost control is treated as part of the design from the outset. The office is at 122 N. Washington Avenue in Saginaw, and the phone line is answered during business hours.
