Simply Restored Handyman Services

Simply Restored Handyman Services handles a wide range of home repair and improvement jobs, from drywall repair, painting and tile work to light fixtures, toilet repairs and gutter cleaning. Ben and Alexis Modlin started the business in January 2025 after years of learning repairs on their own, and they have since made it their full-time work.

The company serves both residential and commercial properties and does not limit itself to one specialty, so one call can cover several projects around the house. Requests for quotes and scheduling can be made through the website contact form or by phone. Service areas include Saginaw, Freeland, Midland and Bay City.
