Kerns Custom Homes

Kerns Custom Homes is a custom home builder that works from a design-build model, starting with the client's ideas and building a custom plan from scratch. The company handles the process from choosing a building site and drawing custom plans through move-in day, and it also takes on remodels and additions, from updating a half bath to a full renovation. An in-house interior designer helps with kitchens and bathrooms.

The owner, Kevin Kerns, is on site almost every day to make sure questions get answered. Clients can bring house styles, floor plans or even a Pinterest board to start the process. The company is in Saginaw, Michigan, and has been building since 1985.
