From Scratch is a full-service catering and event planning company that builds custom menus for weddings, corporate gatherings and other events. Its menu covers hors d'oeuvres, plated and buffet dinners, family style service, vegan and vegetarian dishes, ice cream and espresso carts, and brunch service, with bar and beverage packages available.

The company works from a commercial catering facility and brings its own equipment and staff to venues without kitchens. A dedicated event manager stays in contact from planning through the event.
