Spa La Lé

Spa La Lé is a day spa inside the Westin Sacramento, offering massage and facial treatments in a quiet setting next to the river. Massage options include the Wellness, a custom blend with hot stones; Muscle Work, a deep tissue treatment for chronic tension; a gentle Swedish-style Meditative massage; a Focused session for specific areas; and couples massage side by side. Facials come in Balance, Target and Advanced versions.

Spa visits can be booked online, and the spa also offers a two-hour Wellness Pass that gives access to the locker room, relaxation room, outdoor jacuzzi, and an infrared sauna. Walk-ins may not be available, so reservations are encouraged. Weekend Wellness Pass bookings are made by phone or email. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the treatment price, and no-shows or cancellations within two hours are charged in full. The spa is at 4800 Riverside Blvd in Sacramento.
