Milestonz sells fine jewelry, with engagement rings and wedding sets at the center of its selection. Shoppers also find diamond earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, watches, gemstone pieces and men's fashion jewelry. What sets the business apart is its credit program, which lets customers pay for jewelry over time while building their credit history.

A quick online credit application comes first. Applicants must be at least 18 and have a valid photo ID, and payments can start with $30 down. The store reports payment history to all three national credit bureaus. Milestonz has five locations, including one on Florin Road in Sacramento, plus stores in Rancho Cordova, Natomas, Stockton and Reno.
