Health & Life Organization, Inc. (HALO)

HALO is a nonprofit community health organization running a network of clinics across Sacramento. Its services span family medicine, prenatal and postpartum care, pediatrics, women's health, behavioral health, pain management, dentistry, dermatology, podiatry, chiropractic care and acupuncture. The clinics focus on serving underserved and diverse patients with culturally sensitive care.

The organization accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare and other insurance, and offers a sliding-fee scale. Appointments are made by calling the clinic phone line, and some visits can be done by telehealth. Locations include the El Camino clinic at 965 El Camino Ave. in Sacramento, with several other clinics and dental offices around the city and in Rancho Cordova and North Highlands.
