Barnett Heating & Air

Barnett Heating & Air is a family-owned heating, ventilation and air conditioning company serving the Sacramento area since 1986. The company works on residential HVAC systems and promotes annual maintenance checkups, with a focus on furnace tune-ups ahead of winter, as a way to extend equipment life and reduce the need for emergency repairs.

The business was started by Pat Barnett, who trained for HVAC at a trade school and opened his own company after earning his license. His son Rob Barnett has been owner and operator since 2007 and works alongside his crew. Estimates can be requested through the website, and financing options are offered. The office is on Northgate Boulevard in Sacramento, with weekday business hours listed on its contact page.
