A4 Painting Plus

A4 Painting Plus is a family-owned painting and construction contractor working on interior and exterior jobs for homes, along with commercial and industrial properties. Oscar, the founder, came up as a former superintendent for a home-building company, and the crew's work covers interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, power washing, wallpaper removal and cabinet refinishing. The business also offers its Cool Life Coating System, a heat-reflective exterior coating meant to add durability to surfaces.

Free estimates are offered, and recent projects have included exterior painting and dry rot repair in East Sacramento and fireplace and flooring work in South Lake Tahoe. The business is based on West El Camino Avenue in Sacramento and says it serves areas up to 100 miles from the city, including Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Elk Grove and Lincoln. Customers can request an estimate by phone or email.
