Southern Maine Roofs

Southern Maine Roofs installs residential roofs, mainly GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles, which the company says are rated for 130 MPH winds and built to handle heavy snow, ice and coastal storms. Work is done with KCM Construction, and the company points to 40+ years of combined experience on Maine roofs. Complete roof replacement, flashing and ridge work are among the core jobs.

The company is insured and offers free estimates, with written quotes promised within 48 hours of a request. Service runs from Portland and Westbrook south through Scarborough, Biddeford and Kennebunk, and the company is based at 201 Mariner Way in Biddeford. Its GAF shingle warranty is a manufacturer warranty, which the company describes as transferable.
