Dirigo Physical Therapy & Performance pairs rehabilitation with athletic training, and every plan is built around one person at a time. The practice offers dry needling, blood flow restriction rehabilitation, running gait analysis, concussion management and preoperative consults, along with strength and performance training. Founder Lloyd Beckett previously served as head athletic trainer and lead physical therapist for the Brooklyn Nets.

The practice has locations in downtown Portland and in Saco. A referral is not needed to begin physical therapy in Maine, and the team can help obtain one if an insurance plan requires it. Most insurance carriers are accepted, and self-pay packages are available for those who need them. Appointments are scheduled online or by phone.
