Phillips Cove Custom Homes

Phillips Cove Custom Homes builds new custom homes and does kitchen, bath and whole-house remodels. The portfolio shows modern oceanside homes, gambrel and Dutch colonial designs, coastal farmhouses, and remodels of historic and shingle-style houses in Portsmouth, Rye and Cape Neddick. Past clients praise the team for guiding them through decisions and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Jason is the main contact, and the company asks that you call or text him at 603-531-9899 or email him. The Portsmouth office is open by appointment only. Clients have also hired the team for smaller projects such as a custom shed and patio.
