Rowley Realty is a locally owned real estate office that sells homes, condos, land and multi-family properties on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Pauline C. White founded the firm in 1985, and her son-in-law John McCarthy, a broker, became a partner in 2014. The office says it is currently the only real estate office in Rowley and sells a large share of homes in Rowley and neighboring towns.

Both agents offer a free comparative market analysis to estimate what a home is worth, along with a free customized buyer program that searches for properties matching a buyer's needs. The office is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the North Shore Association of REALTORS and the Multiple Listing Service.
