Lake Spa Massage

Lake Spa Massage is an East-meets-West massage studio blending Western massage technique with traditional Chinese bodywork such as herbal oils, gua sha and cupping. Its signature service is a full-body herbal pain-relief ritual with warm herbal oil and a house herbal balm. Hot stones and hot oil are included with every massage. Foot care, facials and cupping or gua sha add-ons are also offered.

The studio offers private single rooms and a double room for couples or friends, and it hosts small groups and celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries. Guests don't need to choose a service in advance, since the therapists ask how you want to feel when you arrive. Booking is available online or by phone, and payment is taken at the spa by card or cash. It is on West Belvidere Road in Round Lake, Illinois.
