Wellspring Skincare is a physician-owned medical spa in west Roswell, offering Botox, dermal and lip fillers, PDO thread lifts, microneedling, chemical peels, IPL photofacials, Halo laser resurfacing, and physician-supervised medical weight loss. Ashley Corey, DO, owns the practice and oversees the medical treatments, and the team works from a treatment-first approach built around specific concerns like fine lines, sun damage, or sagging jowls.

Clients from Alpharetta, East Cobb, Milton, and North Atlanta make up much of the practice, and the office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday visits by request.
