RISE coffee & tea

RISE coffee & tea is a coffee shop and tea bar whose team includes adults with disabilities who are gaining work experience and confidence. The menu covers drip coffee roasted locally, espresso drinks, hot and iced teas, and power protein smoothies. Its bakery case features gluten-free treats such as protein muffins, a coffee cake, and dark chocolate dream donuts, along with breakfast bites and sandwiches on gluten-free sourdough. Breslow's handcrafted ice cream is also served in the shop.

The shop is open daily from 8am to 4pm on Sandy Plains Road, directly behind Yeero Village in Roswell. The business is a program of the Rise Employee Fund, a nonprofit, and it also runs a mobile cart and trailer for events and catering. Most treats are gluten free, but the shop is not a certified gluten-free facility and it also sells babka and tiramisu that contain gluten.
