Love Positive Counseling

Love Positive Counseling offers individual and relationship counseling, group support, and coaching for personal and relational goals. Its work covers self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and healing from trauma, with a particular focus on transgender and gender nonconforming youth ages 13 to 26, adults, and their families. The practice also works with people exploring ethical non-monogamy such as polyamory and swinging, and runs ongoing support groups for polyamorous people, transgender adults, and kink/BDSM practitioners.

Counseling is open to clients located in Georgia, while coaching is available to clients anywhere. Fees are set by each clinician and paid at the time of service by credit or debit card or FSA/HSA card, with a 24-business-hour cancellation policy. Most clinicians are out of network with insurance but can provide documentation for out-of-network billing. One clinician has pledged free assessments and support letters for people seeking gender-affirming care. The office is in Roswell.
