Hugo's Oyster Bar

Hugo's Oyster Bar serves Cajun-style seafood with a Gulf Coast flavor, known for its signature chargrilled oysters. Cocktails, draft and bottled beer, and an extensive wine list are also available.

Hugo's is in downtown Roswell on Alpharetta Street, and it recycles its oyster shells through the nonprofit Shell to Shore.
