On Time Service Pros

On Time Service Pros is a family-owned company that handles heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical work for homes, along with commercial heating and air conditioning. Its HVAC crews handle furnace and boiler repair, furnace installation, heat pumps, mini split systems and air duct cleaning, while its plumbers handle water heaters, drain cleaning and sewer repair, and water softener installation. Electrical work includes panel repairs, rewiring and smart home automation.

The company guarantees it will arrive on time, and repairs are free up to $300 if it is late. Emergency calls are answered around the clock, and customers can book online or by phone. A maintenance membership called the V.I.P. plan includes yearly safety inspections and a repair discount. Technicians give a price before any work starts. The office is in Rosemount, and crews serve nearby south metro towns such as Hastings, Apple Valley and Eagan.
