OMNI Brewing Company

OMNI Brewing Company runs brewery taprooms in Maple Grove, Rosemount and Victoria, Minnesota, known for a wide lineup of house-brewed beers that goes well beyond IPAs. The menu also includes round, thin-crust brewery-inspired pizzas, a wine list pitched at people who don't consider themselves wine experts, and house-roasted coffee made with house-made syrups. The company started in 2015 with a Kickstarter campaign that funded its first taproom in Maple Grove.

Each taproom works as a neighborhood gathering spot with bar seating, booths and patios, and the Rosemount location sits on a large acreage with a wraparound bar and green space. Trivia and live music are part of the events calendar, and league play and games vary by taproom. Private event spaces suit birthdays, baby showers and company parties. Kitchen service in Victoria closes earlier in the evening, and coffee hours differ from taproom hours.
