Copper City Brewing

Copper City Brewing is a New York State Farm Brewery with more than a dozen hand-crafted beers on tap, served in a tap room with two spacious outdoor patios. The brewery works in small batches, so the beer lineup changes often. Beyond its own beer, the bar pours a large selection of New York State wine, hard ciders, cocktails and bourbon, plus non-alcoholic drinks.

Food trucks are on site most evenings, and the kitchen offers fresh cheese and pepperoni snack boards. Beer can be taken home in crowlers, growlers, or four- or six-packs. Pinball, darts and a Brewcade room are available on site. The brewery is at 1111 Oneida Street in Rome, and it is open later on weekends.
