LMJ Heating and Air Conditioning Solutions

LMJ Heating and Air Conditioning Solutions handles furnace, boiler and hot water heater repairs, installations and maintenance, along with air conditioning repair and mini split installs. The company is known for steering customers toward repairs rather than replacements when a repair makes sense, and it works with major brands such as Carrier and Trane. Reviewers often mention the owner, Edgar, who does the work himself and comes with parts on the truck.

LMJ serves Morris County as its primary focus and covers much of Northern New Jersey, traveling up to 20 miles for residential and commercial clients. Free estimates are offered, along with discounts for first-time clients, seniors and military personnel. Maintenance plans are available, and the company offers same-day service where possible. The business is based in Dover.
